In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 77 and paragraph 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Income Tax Act, the Chief Minister has appointed Mr Daniel Mena in place of Mr David John Canilla as Deputy Clerk of the Income Tax Act Tribunal for the period ending on 30 June 2011.
