In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed Ms Monica Duran to replace Ms Adrienne Rumbo as Deputy Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal:-
This appointment is effective from 17 October 2022.
