In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 77 and paragraph 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Income Tax Act, the Chief Minister has appointed Mr David John Canilla in place of Mr Daniel Mena as Deputy Clerk of the Income Tax Act Tribunal with effect from 1st July 2009.
