In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act 2010, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed the following persons as members of the Income Tax Tribunal -

Ms Louise Goncalves
Mr Darren John Grech
Mr Joseph James Britto
These appointments are effective from 7th August 2025.
