In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed the following persons to be additional members of the Income Tax Tribunal:-
Mr James Neish
Mr Emilio Gomez
Mr Ernest Gomez
These appointments are effective from the date of publication of this Notice and in respect of the period extending to 31 December 2020.
