In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 16 of the Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Regulations 2011 as read with regulation 15, there is designated as Pay and Display Zones the following zones–
Landport Ditch
Row of parking spaces on the South side of the car park running parallel to the North Bastion.
Shackelton Road
Row of parking spaces running along the East side of the road from the junction with Devil’s Tower Road to the junction with the Cemetery Road roundabout.
Flint Road
Row of parking spaces running along the West of the road from the North junction with Garrod Road to the South junction with Garrod Road.
