Notice of Prescribed Devices and Approval of Installation

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 44C and 44D of the Traffic Act 2005 the Minister has prescribed the following devices-
Truvelo “D-CAM P” fixed installation speed camera; and
Hikvision Model DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZS/P fixed installation
automatic number plate recognition camera,
for the purposes of section 44C of that Act;
and has further approved, pursuant to section 44D, their installation at the following locations-
Europa Advance Road
Devil’s Tower Road
Rosia Road
Queensway
North Mole Road.
Legal Notice No. 79 of 2017 is hereby revoked.
