In exercise of the powers conferred on' him by section 9A of the Savings Bank Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Governor has made the following order­—

Title.

1. This order may be cited as the Rate of Interest Order (No. 2) 1991.

Rate of interest on On Call investment accounts.

2. The rate of interest on deposits in On Call investment accounts in the Savings Bank shall, with effect from the date of this Order, be 9% per annum and such rate shall apply to deposits received at or before as well as after the date of this Order.

Revocation of Legal Notice No. 36 of 1991.

3. With effect from the date of this Order, Legal Notice No. 36 of 1991 is revoked.
