Rate of Interest Notice 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9A of the Savings Bank Act, and of all other enabling powers, the Governor has determined the following:
The rate of interest payable on deposits in On-Call Investment Accounts in the Savings Bank shall, from 1st April 1999, be fixed at two per cent below Gibraltar banks’ base rate. This Notice revokes the Rate of Interest (No.4) Order 1993 (Legal Notice 181 of 1993).
