Public Health (Valuation List) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 294(4) of the Public Health Act, the Financial Secretary has made the following Order-
Title.
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Valuation List) Order 2023.
Commencement.
2. This Order comes into operation on the 1st July 2023.
Net Annual value of dwelling houses for 2023.
3. The Financial Secretary has declared that the net annual value of hereditaments being dwelling houses shall be estimated by comparison with the rents at which dwelling houses, owned by Government, were let to members of the public on short term tenancies as at 1st July 2022 plus 3 per cent.
