Open Season 2025 Notice

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by regulation 10(1) of the Tuna Preservation Regulations 2014 and subject as follows, I have declared the open season dates for 2025 to run during two periods from:
16th June to 25th July (both days inclusive) – Period 1; and
6th August to 14th October (both days inclusive) – Period 2
If the prescribed total allowable catch for 2025 is reached before the expiry of the aforementioned open season periods, the open season will be closed.
