Notice Under Section 252

In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 241 and 252 of the Public Health Act and all other enabling powers, the Government has assigned the name “Western Beach Road” respectively to the road giving access to Western Beach from Winston Churchill Avenue and the carpark situated therein, as shown shaded in green in the plan below and declared them to be a public highway.
