Notice Under Section 11A – Deposit Accounts

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11A of the Gibraltar Savings Bank Act, the Director of the Gibraltar Savings Bank gives notice that –
Where the amount standing to the credit of an Ordinary Deposit account is less than £200 and no money has been deposited or withdrawn from the account for a period of 5 years, the money shall be retained within the Savings Bank unless a claim to such amount is established to the satisfaction of the Director on or before 3 January 2026.
