Notice of Prescribed Fees

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulations 5, 10(5) and 12(2) of the Electronic Identity Card Regulations 2015, the Minister with responsibility for personal status has prescribed the following fees for applications for identity cards and civilian registration cards, to take effect as from 1 August 2026 -

| Applications for cards by persons aged 65 years or above | £0 |
| Emergency application for 24 hour Identity Card | £105.50 |
| (excluding weekends and public holidays) |
This Notice replaces Legal Notice No. 180 of 2025.
