In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Public Finance by section 41A of the Income Tax Act, the Minister has designated Kelly Lima as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director for the purposes of that section.
Legal Notice No.111 of 2025 is revoked.
