In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Financial Services by Rule 2 of the Qualifying (Category 2) Individuals Rules 2004, the Minister has designated Kelly Lima as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director under those Rules.
Legal Notice No.113 of 2025 is revoked.
