In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for finance by rule 3(1) of the High Executive Possessing Specialist Skills Rules 2008, the Minister has re-designated Julian Baldachino as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director under those Rules.
