Notice of Designation

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Public Finance by section 41A of the Income Tax Act, the Minister has designated Julian Baldachino as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director for the purposes of that section, until 31st December 2024.
Legal Notice No.10 of 2024 is hereby revoked.
