Notice of Commencement

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 2 of the Communications (Amendment) Act 2025, the Minister has appointed 16th October 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation–
- section 4(1)(c);
- section 5(3)(b);
- section 6(2)(d) and (f);
- section 7(1)(a) and (c) and (10)(c);
- section 10(1), (2), (8) and (9)(a);
- section 11; and
- section 12(1).
