Notice of Approval of Intoximeter Device

In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 63C and 65(7) of the Traffic Act 2005 and all other enabling powers, the Government has approved the Drager Alcotest 5820, as the type of device to be used under section 63C(1) and the Lion Intoxilyzer 6000, as the type of device to be used under section 65(1).
Legal Notice no. 2003/07 is replaced.
