Notice of Appointment to the Mental Health Review Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon her by Section 90 and Schedule 2 of the Mental Health Act 2016, the Minister with responsibility for Health has appointed the following persons to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for the period 22 August 2025 to 21 August 2026.

As legal members in accordance with paragraph (1)(a) of Schedule 2 –

Joseph Nunez

As medical member in accordance with paragraph (1)(b) of Schedule 2-

Dr Rene Beguelin

As persons appointed by the Minister in accordance with paragraph (1)(c) of Schedule 2-
