In the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(2) and (3) of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority Act 2000, the Chief Minister has appointed Targ Patience to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority for a period of three years with effect from the date of publication of this Notice.
