In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act 2010, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed Mrs Hayley Lopez to replace Ms Kris Anne Baglietto as Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal -
This appointment is effective from 7th August 2025.
