Notice of Appointment

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed the following persons to continue as additional members of the Income Tax Tribunal:-
Mr James Neish QC
Mr Emilio Gomez FCCA
Mr Ernest Gomez BA MD
These appointments are effective from the first 1 January 2021 and the said persons shall remain irrecoverably appointed until the final determination of appeal matters pending in the Income Tax Tribunal as of 31 December 2020.
