In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Tax Act, the Minister responsible for public finance has appointed the following person to be Clerk to the Income Tax Tribunal:-
Ms Kris Anne Baglietto
This appointment is effective from 1 January 2021.
