In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 77 and paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Income Tax Act, the Chief Minister has appointed Mrs Rose Butron in place of Mrs Vanessa Montovio as Clerk of the Income Tax Act Tribunal for the period ending on 30 June 2011.
