In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 77 and paragraph 2 (1) of Schedule 1 to the Income Tax Act, the Chief Minister has appointed Mrs Vanessa Montovio in place of Mrs Theresa Marie Perera as Clerk of the Income Tax Act Tribunal with effect from 7th July 2009.
