It is notified for general information that in accordance with Schedule 1 to the Town Planning Act 2018, as from 9 November 2023 –

the Minister with responsibility for Housing has been appointed as alternate member under paragraph 1(1)(b) and 1(1)(c) to the Minister with responsibility for Lands or, if the need arises, the Minister with responsibility for the Environment; and

the Minister with responsibility for Industrial Relations, Civil Contingencies and Sport has been appointed as alternate member under paragraph 1(1)(b) and 1(1)(c) to the Minister with responsibility for the Environment or, if the need arises, the Minister with responsibility for Lands.

The appointment of alternate members under paragraph 1(1)(b) and 1(1)(c) pursuant to Government Notice No. 1450 in Gazette No. 5004 are hereby revoked.
