Government Lotteries (Postponement) Regulations 2022

In accordance with section 19(1) of the Gambling Act 2005, and all other enabling powers, the Minister responsible for gambling has made the following Regulations–

Title.

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Government Lotteries (Postponement) Regulations 2022.

Commencement.

2.  These Regulations come into operation on the day of publication.

Draw number 18.

3.  Draw number 18, notified as taking place at 7.30p.m. on Tuesday 13^th September 2022 in Government Notice 1252 of 2022 shall be postponed until Thursday 22^nd September 2022 and the Minister shall cause to be published in the Gazette and also, if he thinks fit, in any other manner, the details listed in regulation 8(1)(a) to (c) of the Government Lotteries Regulations 2006 in relation to the rescheduled draw.
