In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 3 of the Supreme Court Act 1960 and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial Service Commission, I hereby appoint Mr Liam James Yeats to be Registrar of the Supreme Court from 1 February 2013 to 31 January 2016.
