It is notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 9 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Charities Act 2026, the Minister with responsibility for finance has appointed James Montado as a member of the Charity Commission for the period ending on 30 June 2027.
