It is notified for general information that, for the purposes of section 4 of the Lasting Powers of Attorney and Capacity Act 2018, the Government has appointed the Supreme Court Registrar as the Lasting Powers of Attorney Registrar.
This appointment replaces the appointment published on 23rd April 2018.
