Appointment of Alternate Member to the Development Appeals Tribunal

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 46(1) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Act, the Chief Minister has removed Mr Maximillian Anthony Torres as a member of the Development Appeals Tribunal and in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 39(2) and Schedule 2 of the Town Planning Act 2018, the Chief Minister has appointed Mr Maximillian Anthony Torres as an alternate member of the Development Appeals Tribunal for a period of 9 months ending on 30th January 2026.
