SMOKING PROHIBITION (HARBOUR VIEWS ROAD) REGULATIONS 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5 of the Smoke-Free Environment Act 2012, the Minister has made the following Regulations–
Title.
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Smoking Prohibition (Harbour Views Road) Regulations 2020.
Commencement.
2. These Regulations come into operation on the day of publication.
Smoking Prohibition on Harbour Views Road.
3.(1) Smoking is prohibited on Harbour Views Road.
(2) For the purposes of this regulation, “Harbour Views Road” means the area shaded in green in the plan shown in the Schedule.
