Notice of Prescribed Fees

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulations 24(7), 29(7), 33(8) and 40 of the Marine Protection Regulations 2014, the Minister with responsibility for the environment has prescribed the following fees for applications for permits and duplicate permits, to take effect as from 1 August 2026-
