In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Public Finance by section 41A of the Income Tax Act, the Minister has designated John Paul Fa as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director for the purposes of that section.
This designation ends on 30th April 2024.
