In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister with responsibility for Financial Services by Rule 2 of the Qualifying (Category 2) Individuals Rules 2004, the Minister has designated John Paul Fa as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director under those Rules.
This designation ends on 30th April 2024.
