In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by rule 2 of the Qualifying (Category 2) Individuals Rules 2004, the Minister has designated John Paul Fa as the public officer responsible for discharging the functions of the Finance Centre Director under the Qualifying (Category 2) Individuals Rules 2004.
The designation is to be treated as having commenced on 15th June 2023 and ends on 30th September 2023.
