In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Treaty on Gibraltar and the European Union Act 2026, the Chief Minister has appointed the 25th June 2026 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation-
- paragraphs 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20 of Schedule 1;
- section 16, insofar as it relates to paragraphs 15, 16, 18, 19 and 20 of Schedule 1;
- section 43(7); and
- section 72(2).
