In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 2 of the Financial Services (Amendment No. 2) Act 2024, the Minister has appointed 1st April 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation–
- section 4;
- section 6(3);
- sections 14 and 15;
- section 25(a); and
- sections 28 and 29.
