Notice Of Appointment To The Property Occupation Appeals Board

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 13 of the Register of Property Occupation Act 2021, the Minister with responsibility for Public Utilities, has appointed Mrs Jyza Sheriff-Poggio to replace Mr Robert Reading as Secretary of the Property Occupation Appeals Board with effect from the day of publication of this notice.
