NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 27(2) of the Gibraltar Electricity Authority Act 2003, that in accordance with Section 27(1) of that Act, the Gibraltar Electricity Authority has appointed the following person as the controller of the supply of electricity from New Mole Road, ex-Component Company Factory, Gibraltar and the ex-OESCO power station situated at Europa Business Centre, Dockyard, Gibraltar.
