In the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(2) and (3) of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority Act 2000, the Chief Minister has made the following appointments to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority for a period of two years-
Tony Provasoli with effect from 25th March 2023;
Kieran Power with effect from 25th March 2023.
