It is notified for general information that in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Government by section 3(6) of the Gibraltar Development Corporation Act 1990, the Government has appointed the following persons to be the members of the Board of the Gibraltar Development Corporation, with effect from 9 December 2014–
The Hon. Fabian Picardo, Q.C. - Chairman
The Hon. Dr Joseph Garcia
The Hon. Joe Bossano
The Hon. Neil Costa
The appointments to the Board as set out in Government Notice 845 of 2012 are revoked.
