It is notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 4 and Schedule 1 of the Charities Act, the Minister responsible for Finance has appointed Mrs Rose-Mary Gonzalez to replace Mr Phillip A Borge McCarthy as Secretary of the Board of Charity Commissioners to take effect from date of publication.
