Appointment To The Gibraltar Health Authority

It is notified for general information that–
(a) Mr Edward Baglietto has resigned as a member of the Gibraltar Health Authority; and
(b) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1)(e) of the Medical (Gibraltar Health Authority) Act, 1987 the Government has, after consultation with the Gibraltar Trades Council, appointed Mr Victor Ochello as a member of the Gibraltar Health Authority for the period ending 31 March 2020.
