APPOINTMENT OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
TO THE GIBRALTAR REGULATORY AUTHORITY

In the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 3(2) and 6 of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority Act 2000, the Chief Minister has appointed Mr John Paul Rodriguez to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority for a period of five years with effect from 1st October 2021.
