Appointment Of Member Of Specified Appointments Commission Notice

It is notified for general information that the Governor has made the following appointments to the Specified Appointments Commission:
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56(1)(a) of the Gibraltar Constitution Order 2006, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, Mr Franco Cassar is re-appointed as a member until 8th May 2026;
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 56(1)(b) of the Gibraltar Constitution Order 2006, after consultation with the Chief Minister, Mr Ernest Montado is re-appointed as a member until 8th May 2026.
