Appointment of Member of Specified Appointments Commission Notice

Gibraltar Gazette No.5286, Government Notice No.144

It is notified for general information that the Governor has made the following appointments to the Specified Appointments Commission:

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 56(1)(b) of the Gibraltar Constitution Order 2006, after consultation with the Chief Minister, Mr Marc Holland is re-appointed as Chairman until 1st August 2028;

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 56(1)(a) of the Gibraltar Constitution Order 2006, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Chief Minister, Mr Lewis Baglietto KC is re-appointed as a member until 21st February 2028.
