Appointment of Licensing Officer Notice

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10(4) of the Animals Act, and all other enabling powers, the Minister with responsibility for the Environment has appointed the Animal Welfare Centre Limited as a “Licensing Officer” with effect from the day of publication of this notice.
